If the machine comes back with excessive mud, we can not issue an instant release of your deposit until its fully evaluated. Excessive mud will also result in an extra charge. If the machine is brought back with food on the floor and seats, trash and food spilled in the cooler and/or puke in the machine or cooler. A cleaning charge will apply.

A few weeks ago a group had a reservation and showed up with a small dog. They planned on leaving their dog in the hot car while they went on their half-day rental… Because they said they read the FAQs and rental agreement that stated no pets in the machines. The caring person in me said… Well, you can’t leave the dog in the hot car… So, I volunteered to take care of this small dog that the owners said was a good dog. This do was not a good dog. It made a huge mess with the trash can, I barked and scratched the walls and doors the entire time.
Also, please note that our insurance policy requires that all riders be able to place their feet on the floor and hold onto the grab bar. Pets can not do this.

Jumping, Fish Tailing, Drifting, Cookies, High Speeds are dangerous and NOT ALLOWED. The rental agreement acknowledges none of this is allowed. Titan Power Sports and Rentals and all employees have the right to refuse rental to ANYONE. All machines have beacons in the machines that gives an accurate report of locations, speeds and other information. If you rent and damage a machine do to reckless driving, you may not dispute charges. You will also be noted in the system you are a danger to yourself and others, therefore never allowed to rent from any Titan locations.

That’s great you have an awesome friend or family member that wants to pay for your off-road adventure! That is very nice! However, the contract, liability waivers, and $1500 Deposit/Hold must be in the renter’s name (the driver, the responsible party).

YES! There is a $1,500 Authorization of funds the day of the rental before the rental is released to drive. This transaction is run through FareHarbor a third party credit card processor that authorizes the funds of $1,500 (per machine) and holds the funds until the machine is brought back damage free, When the machine is checked in with ZERO damages, the authorization is released with the secure credit card processor and the funds are released the same day. Depending on your bank (card server) the release of funds can be on average 2-5 business days. Please note: Titan Power Rentals releases the hold the same day when you bring back the machine damage-free. The full release of funds is calculated by your bank. Please check with your bank policy to have accurate information on the total funds released.

We at Titan Power Sports and Rentals are serious about safety. Each machines is equipped with a beacon locator. If there is a life or death situation and you need medical air support, we have that option too… This is only for life or death rescues. If you choose to use the air medical support this is not covered by your daily insurance policy, but maybe covered if you have a personal policy (please check with your provider). We go over safe driving and safety features prior to leaving in the UTV/side by side.
If you do any damage to the machine we ask that you call us ASAP. We kindly discuss what happened and evaluate if the machine can make it back to the shop or if you, the customer, and machine need to be rescued. If a wreck happens, the ride for the day is over and you do not get another machine nor a refund. If you damage a tire or belt, those rescue repairs can be done on trail and return you to your riding time. You will be charged a min of $100 per hour plus parts. If a tire or belt damage happens, you do not get a refund and you do not get extra riding time because you waited to be rescued. We at Titan Power Sports and Rentals treat others how we wish to be treated. With that said we ask if you have caught yourself in a situation that there is damage to the machine, please be kind, tell the truth so we can help you.
Once the damaged machine is back at the shop, we take pictures, write notes into the system and the $1,500 Hold/Deposit is captured, recovery fee is applied along with the down time fee. Titan evaluates the damages (72 hours), then Risk Manager evaluates the costs in parts, labor, and downtime. If the total damage cost is less than $1,500 you are issued a refund along with a parts, labor, and downtime evaluation sheet showing the total costs. If damages are over $1,500 an insurance claim is started and you are out the total deposit of $1,500 as this is now the deductible. The Risk Manager notifies you of the claim and submits the cost breakdown sheet showing parts, labor, and downtime for your records. You are released from any further liability and Titan Power Sports and Rentals handles the rest of the insurance claim.

When customers take the time to listen to our safety tutorial prior to going out, we do not have accidents. We at Titan are very serious about safety and want you to have an awesome experience. We at Titan have had a couple of people rent and not listen to the safety instructions… They had accidents. Since these accidents, we at Titan feel that you are not listening to the safety rules, we will cancel your ride for your own safety.

At each location we provide you with a full tank of gas at the beginning of your rental. In Oracle, we have onsite fuel and we will fill it up for you at the end of the day. You will be charged per use and this will be disclosed to you at the time when you check in the machine in. You will also sign and agree to the fuel charge. We base the rate on current rates of fuel. In Payson you need to fill up at the gas station with premium fuel.

Cancellation Policy
48 HR NOTICE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL A RESERVATION IS REQUIRED. The cancellation policy is very strict. Once you are in the system you are charged 48 hrs prior to your reservation. In Arizona, the weather reports seem to be quite accurate. If Snow or Heavy Rain is on its way we should know 48 hrs in advance. You are more than welcome to cancel with 48 hrs notice with a full refund. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hrs we do not offer a refund.
